The 3^rd annual Diocese of Crookston Youth Conference takes place on Sunday, October 12, from 10 AM to 5 PM at Lincoln High School in Thief River Falls, MN. The theme of this year’s conference is On Purpose – reminding us that we were all made with purpose, and for a purpose.
 
We welcome Oscar Rivera, Bella Effhauser, and In the Name Worship as they join Bishop Cozzens, sharing their witness and love for Jesus Christ with the young church.

6^th – 12^th Grade

10 AM – 5 PM (Doors open at 9:30 for registration.
$50 per person (Includes lunch and supper)
 
We recommend an adult-to-youth ratio of 7 – 1. 
Registration Process 
 

1. Before the event, please complete an online group registration form. Please complete this by Monday, October 6. If your numbers change between October 6 and the day of the event, you can email those changes to Anna Kliner at [email protected]. You will not have to register the names of your youth. This is a quick form to establish a total number of participants and contact information for your parish and parish leader. The link for the group registration form is found at below.

 

2. All youth and adults will need to have a completed and signed Liability Waiver and a completed and signed Medical Matters form.

 
The diocese will keep these forms on file. It is recommended that you make copies beforehand if needed, as we will not be able to make copies on site. Youth Liability Forms, Adult Liability Forms, and Medical Matters Forms can be accessed below.
 

3. Complete and turn in a Participant Tracking Form. At registration, please confirm with the registration table representatives the total number of youth and adults in attendance. This will be the number that our business office will use to bill the parish, after the event (There is no need to bring payment to the event).

 
Check-In Process
The doors open at 9:30 AM for check-in. Only one representative from each parish is needed to check in with our registration table. Here, you will turn in the liability waivers, medical matters, and group tracking forms.
 
Safe Environment Certification & Adult Registration
Please make sure that all adults are safe-environment certified. Please register the names and emails of all accompanying adults online by Monday, October 6. This will allow our safe environment coordinator to check status in a timely manner. Meals 
There will be two meals served at DCYC – lunch and a grab-and-go supper. Please make us aware of any dietary restrictions when you complete the group registration form. Thanks.
 
Spending Money
There will be concessions during lunch, and opportunities to purchase religious items throughout the conference.
 
Attire
Comfortable, active, modest attire is recommended.
