Main Chapel - Sacred Heart At the heart of the retreat house is our main chapel—a sacred space where Christ is encountered in the Eucharist and where the community gathers for Mass and prayer.
We are here to help remove distractions so you can truly come away and rest in the presence of the Lord. Our chapels are sacred spaces set apart for prayer, worship, and encounter, and we are grateful to support you in planning a meaningful spiritual experience for your group. Capacity of 135
Celebration of the Eucharist Our chapels are fully equipped with all that is needed for the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass. We are happy to assist with sacristan needs, or for extended stays, we can orient a member of your group to the space and materials.
Sacrament of Reconciliation A dedicated confessional and reconciliation spaces are available to foster a prayerful and reverent experience of this sacrament. Resources are available to help participants prepare their hearts, and spaces are thoughtfully arranged for comfort and privacy.
Music and Worship Our chapels offer hymnals, piano or keyboard access, and beautiful acoustics that enhance communal prayer and worship. We can also assist in preparing worship aids to support your liturgies.
Scripture Resources Catholic Bibles are available for both individual prayer and group use. Whether for personal reflection or guided discussion, we are happy to provide what your group may need.
Eucharistic Adoration Our space is prepared to support Adoration, including Exposition and Benediction, allowing your group time for quiet prayer before the Blessed Sacrament.
Mini Chapels In addition to our main chapel, 4 mini chapels located in each wing of the retreat house provide intimate spaces for personal prayer, quiet reflection and Adoration of our Lord. Capacity of aprox 12.
Guest Spaces & Lodging
Lodging Our lodging spaces are thoughtfully designed to foster rest, simplicity, and renewal. Each room offers a quiet place to step away from the noise of daily life and enter more deeply into prayer. Whether you come individually or as part of a group, our accommodations support both personal reflection and shared community, allowing you to fully embrace the rhythm of retreat.
Our retreat house offers a total of 44 guest rooms, including 18 triple-occupancy rooms, each thoughtfully furnished with three beds, a desk, and a private bathroom, as well as 4 double-occupancy rooms with twin beds and 4 rooms with queen beds each with the same comfortable amenities. We have recently expanded to include 18 additional double-occupancy rooms, and all guest rooms now feature private bathrooms. Linens are provided for your stay, including bed sheets, a blanket, quilt, pillow, and bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths—allowing you to arrive with ease and focus on your time of rest and prayer.
Private Nooks Hidden throughout the retreat house are several small, quiet nooks intentionally created for solitude. These peaceful corners offer space to listen for the voice of the Lord, journal, pray, or simply rest in His presence.
Lounges Each of our five wings includes a welcoming lounge space that encourages both fellowship and rest. With comfortable seating, dining tables, games, and a simple kitchenette with coffee service, these areas provide a place to build community, share conversation, or relax between retreat sessions.
Meeting Spaces
Chapter Room & Saint John Paul II Conference Rooms Our Chapter Room and JPII Room serve as central gathering spaces for conferences, teaching, and group prayer. Equipped with audio and visual capabilities, these rooms support meaningful formation and engagement. Renovations are underway, with exciting updates planned for December 2026 to further enhance these spaces for ministry and retreat experiences.
Library Our library provides a quiet refuge for those seeking wisdom, inspiration, and spiritual growth. Guests are invited to spend time with thoughtfully selected books that nourish the mind and deepen one’s relationship with God. Or use this space as a break out room for small group collaboration, confessionals, spiritual direction, or meeting space.
Flexible Meeting Space (Coming Soon) New flexible meeting areas are being developed to better serve the needs of retreat groups. These spaces will provide adaptable environments for small group discussions, spiritual direction, and communal gatherings.

Volunteer Desk Accommodations Our on-site volunteers, Some Women Ministry, are here to serve with generous hearts, helping to create a spirit of hospitality throughout your stay. Their presence reflects Christ’s call to serve one another in love. If you feel called to offer your time and gifts through volunteering, we welcome you to reach out and join in this ministry.
Gift Shop (Coming Soon) Our upcoming gift shop will offer simple retreat essentials such as journals, books, and personal care items—resources to support your time of prayer and reflection.
Dining
Kitchen and Meal Services Meals are prepared with care by our private chef, offering nourishment for both body and soul. With attention to quality and hospitality, we strive to create a dining experience that reflects the goodness of gathering together. Dietary needs and allergies can be accommodated to ensure all guests are served with care.
Buffet Dining Most meals are served buffet-style, allowing guests to dine at a comfortable pace while enjoying the fellowship of others in a relaxed and welcoming environment.
Guest Fine Dining For special occasions, enhanced dining experiences are available, offering a more intentional and elevated setting that celebrates community and shared moments.

Outdoor spaces
Trails & Grounds Set on 40 acres of peaceful land, our grounds invite you to encounter God through the beauty of creation. Walking trails, open fields, and quiet spaces provide opportunities for prayer, reflection, and recreation. Guests are welcome to enjoy yard games, volleyball, or participate in a meditative outdoor rosary walk.
Meditative Statue Spaces Sacred outdoor spaces featuring devotional statues offer places to sit and pause, pray, and reflect. These areas are designed to draw the heart toward God and invite moments of quiet encounter.
Patios & Gathering Areas Our four outdoor patios—including two gazebos and a fire pit area—provide peaceful settings for fellowship, conversation, and rest. Whether gathered in community or sitting quietly, these spaces invite you to slow down and be present.
Parking On-site parking is available, including accessible spaces. As space is limited, guests are encouraged to carpool as an act of simplicity and consideration for others.

Our Chapter Room and JohnPaul II Conference Room are available for you to reserve for a meeting or for when you are wanting an offsite meeting place.
