 Our hearts are made for love and to give love. Yet, in our often complicated and busy lives this love can be hard to give or hard to receive, especially with an invisible God whose ways are not like our ways.  Come away, my beloved is a retreat to give your heart a chance to rest and encounter the one love that is above all others: the faithful love of God for each of his chosen people.
 
The retreat will begin with a shared meal with conversation so you can meet the women with whom you will be praying. Silence begins after supper until breakfast on Sunday. 
 
Mass, Holy Hours, Confession, Spiritual Direction, and free time will be available.

Cursillo (pronounced KER SEE O) is an abbreviation of the full title: CURSlLLO DE CRISTIANDAD which means "A Short Course in Christian Community Living." The weekend is a three-day learning, sharing, inspirational experience of living in a Christian community. During the three days of a Cursillo weekend a person not only hears inspiring talks on what it really means to be a Christian, but actually experiences the joy of building and being part of a genuine Christian community.

Ecclesia Domestica 
Thursday November 19 - Sunday, November 22, 2026 
Step away from the busyness of daily life and encounter Jesus Christ in a deeper way through this powerful Catholic retreat presented by Ecclesia Domestica ("The Domestic Church"). This four-day retreat is designed for women seeking spiritual renewal, healing, and a stronger relationship with Christ.

Throughout the weekend, participants will experience inspiring presentations rooted in the teachings of the Catholic Church, daily Mass, opportunities for the Sacrament of Reconciliation, Eucharistic Adoration, the Rosary, Liturgy of the Hours, Divine Mercy Chaplet, and generous time for personal prayer and reflection. Retreatants will also have the opportunity for private spiritual direction with a priest or deacon and participate in a special evening of healing prayer ministry.

Whether you are longing to rekindle your faith, grow closer to the Lord, or simply rest in His presence, this retreat offers a welcoming environment to encounter God's grace and deepen your discipleship.

Till Death Do Us Part

A retreat designed specifically for widows or widowers who are on the journey of life after the death of a beloved spouse. We will search to see how God blesses and is active in our lives: in the past, in our new self, our family, our friends and the future. We will explore the changes in our pattern of life and how we cope with the world in a new “normal”. Together we will search for meaning in the question: How can our relationship with Jesus bring us fulfillment, peace, and joy?

Lead by Fr Chuck Huck, he is a widower of 25 years. Married to Valerie for 25 years, they raised 7 children and today have 19 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. Valerie died of ovarian cancer in November of 2000 at the age of 44. Fr Chuck was ordained to the priesthood in December of 2006

Starting on Monday Oct 5  at 6pm and ending Wednesday Oct 7th at noon. Participants will be asked to bring a picture of their spouse, family and their memories (good & difficult) they would be willing to share.

Mystical Roses Advent Retreat 
Friday, December 4 - Sunday, December 6, 2026
During Advent, we celebrate two beautiful Marian feast days: the Feast of the Immaculate Conception (December 8) and the Feast of Our Lady of Guadalupe (December 12). These celebrations are fittingly placed within this season of joyful expectation and preparation for the coming of Jesus Christ.
 
One of Mary's most beloved titles is "Mystical Rose," a reminder of the supernatural beauty of the one who brings the fragrance of Christ into the world and draws souls into his presence. Fittingly, it was roses that miraculously bloomed in the dead of winter on Tepeyac Hill—given by Our Lady and gathered by St. Juan Diego as the sign that confirmed her message.
 
Please join us at Nazareth Retreat House for a special Marian Advent retreat as we ask Mary, the Mystical Rose, to draw us more deeply into the hope, expectation, and joyful waiting with which she awaited the birth of her Son.

This 4-day silent retreat led by Bishop Cozzens will consist of conferences each day aimed at helping you to relate and receive from God in the present, with daily Mass, daily Eucharistic Adoration, and plenty of opportunities for silence and solitude. In addition, there will be times of individual spiritual direction. There will be plenty of guidance in terms of how to be in the silence on retreat, so if this is your first silent retreat, there is no need to fear.

All retreatants will receive a private room and bathroom. All meals, bedding, and towels will be provided over the weekend.

Living in a world in which we are consistently bombarded with noise, it can be difficult at times to hear the voice of God. This retreat is an invitation to enter into the silence so that God’s voice can be amplified. One or two conferences will be offered each day, providing opportunities to learn more about prayer and to dispose the heart of each retreatant to receive whatever God desires for her.

In addition to the conferences, the Sacraments of Mass and Reconciliation will be offered and there will be opportunities for each woman to have two-25 minute sessions of private spiritual direction. Recommendations for making a few personal Holy hours each day will also be provided.
