Payroll Schedule for 2025 : This document shows the paydates and payroll submission dates for parish payroll through ADP for 2025.
Statement of Accountability : This form is submitted to the diocese as part of the year-end financial reports for the parish. It is attached to the balance sheet for June 30 and the income statement/profit and loss report for July 1 through June 30. The form is to be signed by the pastor, bookkeeper and the two trustees. Year-end financial reports should be mailed to the Diocese of Crookston, Attn: Chad Ryan. The year-end financial reports are due by October 1.
