All parishes and schools in the Diocese of Crookston participate in a number of group employee benefit plans.
Definition of Full-Time Employee: Under the Diocese of Crookston Group Insurance plans, a full-time employee is defined as follows:
Employees who began employment prior to January 1, 2014: works at least 20 hours per week and at least 500 hours per year
Employees who began employment on or after January 1, 2014: works at least 30 hours per week and at least 1000 hours per year.
A full-time employee automatically receives the following benefits:
Term life insurance/accidental death death and dismemberment
Long-term disability
Pension benefits

Health savings account (if enrolled in health insurance under the $3500 or $6350 plans)
